Key Responsibilities:

• Champion AI best practices and methodologies across multiple agile teams.
• Mentor, grow, and empower chapter members, fostering a culture of learning, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, deploy, and scale AI products and services.
• Set standards and frameworks for AI engineering including the use of generative AI
• Identify opportunities for leveraging generative AI to enhance business processes and customer outcomes.

Your Background:



• Proven leadership experience in AI Engineering, Machine Learning, software engineering, or related fields.
• Expertise in deploying scalable AI and ML systems into production environments.
• Strong understanding of modern AI technologies, including Generative AI, NLP, Computer Vision, and AI Ops.
• Experience with cloud-based AI services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
• Exceptional people leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills.
• Ability to communicate complex AI concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
